Proof of Insurance (COI)

Every quote and invoice you receive from Edgeway includes a copy of our Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) for your records. This document confirms that Edgeway carries active coverage for commercial general liability, auto liability, and other protections as outlined in the certificate. 

What’s Included (Free of Charge)

We provide this base level of insurance coverage at no additional cost to every client. It’s built into our services because we believe protecting our partners, schools, and businesses is non-negotiable. Coverage highlights (as shown on our COI) include:


  • Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate
  • Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit
  • Hired Auto Physical Damage: $100,000 limit (Exact details are always available on the attached COI.) 

Additional or Higher Cost

Sometimes a venue, school district, or corporate policy requires more coverage than our base insurance. We can provide one-time, event-specific coverage upgrades  upon request.


  • These are billed separately and are not included in our base package.
  • Requests must be submitted to our billing department: billing@edgewayevents.com
  • We’ll provide a quote for the additional premium, and once secured, we’ll issue a revised COI reflecting the higher limits or specific requirements. 

How to Use This

  • For most events, the COI attached to your invoice and quote is all you need.
  • If a venue or district requires a customized certificate or increased limits, contact us as early as possible so we can arrange the additional coverage.
